The Capital Centre master plan is a unique combination of elements designed to create a fully functioning, premier, mixed-use district. The site is organised by two principal avenues: High Street and Capital Boulevard. An envisioned monorail may further bisect the site and provide direct access to the Exhibition Centre from a transportation hub*.
